Queer Nightlife Talks: What makes a party inclusive?

September 15 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

You’re ready to socialize, checking your options, looking at event listings. How do you decide which ones will be welcoming to you? When you arrive, what is it that makes you feel included, that you belong?
Join the SF Bay Area Queer Nightlife Fund for a public forum discussing the question, What Makes a Party Inclusive? Please join us for a productive, collaborative discussion over Zoom. Those who prefer to submit questions in advance can do so by posting in the event or writing to qnf-info@sfqueernightlifefund.org.
The QNF is hosting this public forum to hear the diversity of perspectives from across queer communities. In keeping with our new mission, we aim to prioritize women, transgender, gender nonconforming, nonbinary, and all queer Black, Indigenous, and people of color. Everyone is welcome, and we strive for equity among the diverse voices within our community.
Facilitated by Beatrice Thomas and Angel Garfold.
Our media sponsor is independent news + culture site 48Hills.
RSVP on Facebook.
This is the second in a series of Queer Nightlife Talks. A recap of our first discussion can be found here: https://sfqueernightlifefund.org/2020/08/18/queer-nightlife-talks-launch/
